On March 6th, Alexander Kachaev, the CEO of EffectiveSoft, visited Warsaw to conduct an all-hands meeting with our team. Those unable to attend in person had the opportunity to join online, benefiting our colleagues from other offices in Poland, Latin America, and the United States.
During this meeting we engaged in discussions about our company’s 2023 results, as well as our strategy and plans for 2024. A productive question-and-answer session took place, allowing for valuable insights and feedback.
Post-meeting, we emerged with clear plans and defined goals for 2024. We will continue being a trusted technology partner for clients building disruptive businesses and focusing on growth. In addition to our client-focused approach, EffectiveSoft is committed to enhancing internal processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. We will keep working with clients in mind, always thinking about how to add value to their businesses and help them achieve their goals.
